turkiyenewspaper – A dust storm is effective in Iran‘s Sistan-Baluchestan province. According to Iran’s official agency IRNA, Majid Mohibbi, Director General of Sistan-Baluchestan Crisis Management, made a statement on the issue.

Mohibbi said 330 people have been transferred to hospitals and medical centers in the province’s Zabul, Zehek, Hamun, Hirmend and Nimruz cities in the last three days due to fine dust carried by the dust storm.

57 PEOPLE ARE STILL BEING TREATED

Mohibbi noted that 273 people were discharged from the hospitals and 57 people are still being treated.

Ali Mollashahi, head of the Sistan-Baluchestan Meteorological Forecasting and Warning Center, said in a statement that the dust storm in the northern regions of the province will continue until Monday and that the wind speed is expected to reach 100 kilometers per hour.

Mollashahi warned that people with heart and respiratory diseases should not go out due to the excessive dust in the air.
