Iran Police Arrest Three People on Blasphemy Charges

Iranwire – The Chief of Police in western Lorestan province said they have arrested three individuals accused of “blasphemy and insulting the Islamic Republic online.” 

The detainees’ social media pages have been removed, and their identities remain undisclosed by order of the judiciary, according to the state-run IRNA news agency.

This incident comes amid a broader crackdown on dissent in Iran.
