Petition to stop the 25 year agreement between China and Iran

Shabtabnews – In response to the 25 year agreement between China and Iran a group of activists have created an online petition to stop the agreement, where Iranian assets are sold cheaply to China, simply to prop up the corrupt and inhuman regime of Iran.

The Petition states that: “the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is collapsing, does not represent the people of Iran, and the people have expressed this lack of representation on every occasion, including in the nationwide uprising in December 1996 and November 1998, and calling for the fall of the Islamic Republic. In the last parliamentary elections, the lowest turnout was recorded, and there is currently a widespread “no to the Islamic Republic” and “boycott” elections.” All of which the petition uses to show the illegitimacy of the current Iranian Regime.
