VOA – State Department spokesperson Ned Price said the United States negotiating team is “neither optimistic nor pessimistic” that a deal can be struck in the next round of talks in Vienna to try to revive the Iran nuclear deal. As VOA’s Senior Diplomatic Correspondent Cindy Saine reports, Iran says only minor issues remain.
