VOA – As world leaders converge on the United Nations General Assembly in New York, top U.S. officials say President Donald Trump would be open to meeting there this week with Iranian leaders — if Iran is willing to change its behavior and engage in constructive dialogue. VOA’s Diplomatic Correspondent Cindy Saine reports from Washington.
